The Interesting Facts about Malnutrition

Upon hearing "malnutrition" one would think of the impoverished throughout the world.
However,did you know that countries abundant in food are malnourished too?


Maltnutrition occurs when a person doesn't recieve a varienty of foods for various reasons.
Many people wake up everyday in places like United States where we have a whole range of food yet people are picky, picky eaters. You know who you are, eating fish but disliking the veggies? Or perhaps you do eat all of your nutrition but are you REALLY healthy?

Under-nutrition:
A Serious form of malnutrition when nutrient reserves are depleted and energy with nutrients aren't enough to meet day to day needs. Such malnutrition occurs in places with poverty or illness,metabolic stress, just plain picky eaters, or eating disorders. **** eat VARIED foods such as carbs which aid in the CNS & Heart, Protiens- gloss of hair & skin, Fats aid in flavor of food&coronary heart prevention (omega 3's),VITAMINS- that the body doesn't make enough to sustain on, Fiber and plenty of H2O.

Over-nutrition- Thinking morbid obesity and fast food? WRONG! GUESS AGAIN! Over-nutrition is excess nutrients in consumption to the point where the body becomes toxic.
Those of you taking vitamins, YES THERE IS SUCH A THING AS TO MANY OF THESE.
Your body can become alkali or out of balance with to many vitamins. You could have metal poisoning, paralysis, convulsions, failed body functions and yes even death should you have to little or to much vitamins.
